How Long Will it Take for My Order to Reach My Doorstep?

Since Jewelrymex caters to the international market, the delivery timeline is always different for each customer. 

Depending on your geographical location and the assigned courier service, it can take anywhere between a few days to a few weeks for your order to reach your doorstep.

Is there a Way for Me to Track My Order?

Yes, after placing an order with Jewelrymex, you can easily track it directly via your account. As soon as you log into your account and tap on the “Track Package” button, you’ll see the real-time location updates of your shipment. 

What Will Happen If I Receive a Damaged Piece of Jewelry?

In case you receive a damaged item, you can apply for the refund and we’ll refund the entire amount. However, this refund policy is only applicable if the customer requests the refund within 5 days of receiving the package. 


Are there Any Shipping Charges?

Shipping charges are usually calculated based on the selected product and the delivery location. While placing the order, our backend will automatically analyze these two parameters and showcase the shipping charges along with the original price. 

My Order is Delayed By 5 Days from the Expected Delivery Date, When Will I Receive It?

Our shipment policies are tailored to ensure your packages get delivered to your doorstep before the estimated delivery date. However, if the package gets delayed beyond the specified timeline - by 5 days or more - customers are obliged to get a 100% refund. 

Which Shipment Partners You Use to Deliver Packages?

As a reputed online jewelry store, it’s our responsibility to deliver the best-in-class customer service. That’s why we have partnered with both native postal services and third-party 3PL companies such as DHL to ensure on-time delivery of customers’ packages. 

How Much Time Will it Take for the Package to Ship After I’ve Placed the Order?

In our quest to provide the best customer service, we ensure that your package gets shipped within 24 hours so that it gets delivered to your doorstep before the expected delivery date. 


Can I Return My Package?

Yes, customers are authorized to place a return request if they don’t like the product post delivery. 

As soon as you place the return request, our delivery agent will visit your address to pick up the package. It’s worth pointing out that the delivery agent has the authority to reject an item if:

  • It’s physically damaged or is in a non-returnable state
  • The product is different from the original item that was initially delivered
How Long Will it Take for the Amount to Get Credited to My Account?

Once you have placed the return request and our delivery agent has picked up the package, we’ll immediately initiate the refund to the original payment source. 

However, depending on your geographical location and bank, it may take up to 4-7 working days for the amount to reflect into your account. 

Will I Have to Provide Any Additional Information to Cancel the Order?

No, as our valuable customers, you can cancel the order without providing any additional information whatsoever. 

Can I Return a Product if It Was Already Damaged?

In case you receive a damaged product, you can place the return request and we’ll initiate a complete refund immediately.

Customers can pay for their orders using a variety of payment modes including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and PayPal. With multi-payment support, customers have the liberty to complete their purchases within a few seconds. 

Are there any Additional Charges?

In addition to the original price of the product, we only charge shipping charges - that are calculated based on customers’ geographical location. Apart from this, we don’t burden customers with any unnecessary expenses.
