Pricing and Payment

For orders shipped within Mexico, we accept payment only in Mexican Pesos (Mex $). Prices are in Mex $ and include applicable IVA (Value Added Tax). In the case of international credit cards used for domestic orders, the transaction amount will be converted to Mexican Pesos, and currency conversion charges may apply as per your credit card policy. Any other import duties or charges in the destination country of the shipment must be borne by the order recipient. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable for international orders.

Your Obligations

Cancellation By jewelrymex.com

Jewelrymex.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel certain orders at its sole discretion, with reasons including limitations on the quantity available, pricing errors, product information inaccuracies, issues identified by our fraud avoidance department, or other relevant reasons. Additional information may be requested for order acceptance in specific cases. We will inform you of the cancellation or any additional information needed.

Cancellation By Customer

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Registered customers can check the order status through Track order on jewelrymex.com. Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will initiate the refund process.
